Life had been easier on Julia than she expected. They went public with her "condition" as planned and she almost instantly became a celebrity. Everyone was in love with "The real live mermaid". The only real downside was she couldn't walk anymore. And the government had forced her to donate her body to science on the event of her death, but that was a minor problem.
Julia enjoyed her beach house and often she would go down into the cove room, remove any Human clothing, and dive in, spending hours as nothing more than a beautiful mermaid in the great ocean. Sometimes she would even have Nicole and Ryan over for a swim. And the best part? Her

Mermaid In The Sand Laura loved going to the beach with her two children, all year round. When the water was much too cold for swimming they would enjoy walking along the nearly deserted beach, perhaps collecting seashells or watching the birds wading at the edge of the surf, They also enjoyed watching the wetsuit-clad surfers riding the waves kicked up by the wind. Indeed, Laura and her husband enjoyed surfing before starting their family, and now that their youngest was old enough, they had decided to teach them the sport as well. Their favorite time of year, though, was summer. Then Laura and her husband would spend part of their beach time lounging in the shade of an umbrella while they watched their kids splashing in the surf, or swim with them in the ocean when the lifeguards were on duty. This was her second week in Hawaii and boy she was not missing out a single second, first taking in the typical tourist spots, travel around the islands but what she wanted more was the surf and did she find some. Forming a bold plan to make one final use of something that all human beings take for granted in order to reach the sea, the sisters struggle to bend that which was not intended to be used by someone with fins and a tail to their own purposes, finding that great reserves of strength, both physical and mental, are required of them.
But with their ultimate goal in sight, can Cassie and Maddie pull together and help one another to reach it?
